RETURNS
Hello Your Boss Lady is here to spoil you. We hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns for store credit only.
We do accept exchanges. We can either provide you store credit or if you would like to order a different size, return your merchandise as soon as possible and we will process your exchange if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements laid out below. Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of our other products.
Return Requirements:
- Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the order delivery date.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any hang tags, attached.
- Any products marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.
- All footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
- Due to hygiene concerns the following cannot be returned: intimates, stockings, hair accessories, hats, earrings, cosmetic/beauty products, or masks.
Please note if you paid for shipping for your order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.
RETURNS FROM THE USA
Your Boss Lady offers easy returns within the United States.
1. Please download and print the form below.
Please note, due to security reasons, we are unable to accommodate in person drop-offs.
After printing and filling out this form, you will need to send your package to us in the post.
2. If you do not have access to a printer, you may simply include a handwritten note with the details of your order. We need some way to identify the return as yours otherwise there can be major delays with processing your return. If using the original Your Boss Lady packaging to return your item, please ensure the original post label is removed or fully covered to avoid delays in delivering your parcel back to our warehouse.
Your Boss Lady is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Store Credit
- Store credit can only be used at

- Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
- Store credit is valid for 12 months after the date of issue.
- Store credit is provided in US currency.
- Your use of store credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.
Faulty Items
The Your Boss Lady team does a thorough inspection of all goods before they are shipped to our customers. We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us at returns@yourbosslady.com as soon as possible.
